we hav booked company services for shifting of house holds from baddi to gurgaon for reason of transfer. rs.26550/- has been charged for services. on 01.08.2014, company has sent persons from adhunik packers and movers for packing. after packing they told that we will take your giods first to panchkula then from pachkula to gurgaon in another truck. we will load and unload goods in panchkula. i have so many times requested rhem not to do so & contacted safe packers also.but they hav totally denied for request. i have to agree for my family sake and time constraint. teuck was loaded 4.00 pm from baddi and we received our goods next day 2.00 pm. there is almost 24 hrs. where as journey tine was 7 hrs. for truck. when we saw the conditions of household that some matwrial like washing machine glass, plastic items were found damaged due to mishandling and 2 times loading and unloading of goods. i can not described in words that how much my family was feeling embossed for such company. material for packingused & the way matwrial was packed, was shamful & showing how much company is serious for providing services.
1. damage to washing machine, glass items, mixi and other small items cintributed approx. rs. 5000/-. 2. despite of providing transoortation charges as per baddi truck union upto gurgaon of rs. 14000/- fully, company has adopted cheap transportation from baddi to panchkula and then gurgaon keeping not un mind customer loss and damage in loading and unloading 2 times. it cost company to merely rs.8000/-. difference of rs. 6000/- to be refunded. 3. delay receipt of goods which could be received early in the morning actual received in afternoon. same has ruined precious tine and harressnent to me. same has no value in terms of money. but, fine of rs. 10000/- may be imposed for delay in services. 4. cheating of custimer by providing other company services without customer consent and knowledge.we have booked safe packers and movers based on their market crediential not adhunik packers. this cheating should be fined to company of rs. 10000/- and will be used for some welfare activity by me.
