Datawind Ubislate – Tablet not returned service centre

Sir, I bought the Datawind Ubislate tablet(7CZ) on Oct 2013 with one year warranty. So when the tab showed a display problem, I raised the issue and generated a service ticket (Ticket ID is -0512KR1609) from Datawind customer support on 16/May/2014. As per their suggestion I have sent the device to service center at Gurgaon, Haryana by courier and they received the device on 10/June/2014. But after that its around two months I am waiting for the device after service. I have send several mails and made so many calls to the service center, but they always telling me that ‘wait for few days’ or ‘we have forwarded the issue with higher officials’. I am tired of these repeated queries. Please help

I want the device back after service. If it is not serviceable, refund of the device cost (Rs. 5999/-) or replacement of the device.
