On 28-Jun-2014, I have written a letter to my builder for refunding Rs. 45,480.00 of IFMS charges against (Flat O-901, Aditya Mega City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapurum, Ghaziabad) as now builder has transferred the maintenance responsibility to AMCRWA wef 01-Jul-2012. Reference: attached (All_Letters.pdf, Page-1) In response of my letter, I got a letter from builder dated 12-Jul-2014 stating that in-spite of Rs.45,480.00 he will pay me Rs.40,136.00 after deduction of sewer charges. Builder also mentioned to share the original receipt along with bank details in which he will transfer the said amount. Reference: attached (All_Letters.pdf, Page-2) With letter dated 24-Jul-2014, I have shared the original receipt and bank details with the builder but till date I have not received my refund. Reference: attached (All_Letters.pdf, Page-3) For getting my refund I have followed with him many a times over phone and also visited his office but every time he is making excuses and not refunding my amount for which I am legally entitled and also for which he has himself accepted to give me in his letter dated 12-Jul-2014. Requesting your help in getting my refund as now he is not responding on phone, neither allowing anyone on floor to accept these queries.

Requesting your extended support in getting my refund of Rs.40,136 on highest priority and also he should be penalized for harassing people as myself has wasted huge amount of energy, time, interest and money on follow-ups of my refund which was pending with him since long (from 28-Jun-2014).
