Fixed deposit maturity was on 25/07/2014. Haven’t received the principal amount yet. Repeated calls to them goes unanswered. When I cabled up head office the only reply I get is that there would be delay in payments due to certain issues, but till date no communication has been received. Kindly look into this matter urgently. Fixed deposit receipt no. 1232029
