i booked a single bhk unit in urban homes in aditya world city and due to some certain reason i cancelled my booking and give the noc to the builder firm and they said that they will issue me a cheque within 10 days but now it is more than 50 days and they are not giving me a cheque and they are just making story of saying that the person who will signed on the cheque is not available from last 50 days. please help me out from this case
i called them many times from my phones and also i have so many call recording regarding this issue. i am losing my time; my mental status also. as they are just frustrating me by saying that the person is available on next day. always they are saying these things only.
