Tata Indicom – Sim service stopped without intimation

My cell no. services are stopped (barred) without intimating me at date 30 th march 2015 and I am using this number from last 5 years, I have contacted to docomo online customer service number they told me that My cell no. which is 809000xxx has been allotted to already another person I also try to call this number and found someone speaking answering. After that I also tried online chat services of tata docomo, as per him after disconnect the no it will take 90 days to allot the sim to another person , Now this is big problem for me how can I resume my sim services , I already suffered too much for this, please look into the issue & do the needful.i did nt get anu positive response from tata docomo team.

only Resume my sim number 8090000212 again & also please don’t do it again with anyone.
