I had requested to book an ad for the newspaper NavBharat Times to be published on 01.03.2015. To my surprise it was found that the particular ad wasn’t published and couldn’t be found in the above newspaper. I tried contacting them to ask even if they have published it then why I am not able to track it or if they have then please suggest where but every time I call the customer care they transfer my line to so called customer care executive who never answers the call. I have also been writing emails but got no response till now. I have also send them the attachment of the screenshot of my login page of ReleaseMyAd.com which still reflects the status of my ad as “Ad Status: Payment received. Ad awaiting editorial confirmation”. Checked on 02.03.2015 at 12.15 AM and again on 02.03.2015 at 8:00 PM Mudit Malhotra

Rs. 1498/- lost and I wanted an AD in the newspaper on the last sunday as I was expecting that people will read the ad on sunday i.e 1.03.2015 and will call for the vacant position. So again a big loss. I want my payment be refunded at the earliest and to compensate me against the time and resources I wasted in for all this stuff.
