I had requested for Airtel Broadband services at my rented aparment in Thane. Airtel team did the feasibility survey and confirmed that they can provide me the Broadband connection. Subsequent to which their representative collected the required documents from me and also the Installation Fees of Rs.1000. However after that they gave me a call that due to technical issues they cannot provide connection and also they are not refunding back my money since 16 February 2015.

Due to Airtel’s inability to provide the Broadband connection and delay in communicating the same my it has resulted in job loss for my wife. Further Airtel have also not refunded my installation fees and the documents i submitted to them. I need my Installation fees alongwith interest from Airtel. Also i need the documents back from them.
