dear sir;

i unnikrishnan an account holder of your hdfc bank; have taken a auto loan on 09/11/2011 amount 107170.00.agreement no.19813114.

my complaint is that for hypothication they have taken Rs.700 and for name change in R.c book Rs 700 ;outside any consultency exept u taking only Rs 450; and nobody told me about this high charge and not shown in the sanction memo. anyway i have to get the over charge(Rs 500) return .

your bank official told me the R.C book will get within 15 days but still i did not get the R.C book and the receipt of R.T.O office. so that i cannot drive the car:car still in my car porch.

this above mentioned complaint i told through the phone banking on 30/11/11 before noon,but still now i did not get any replay;still my car is in porch.

If i use the car without the document(which u r holding) and making any problems on the road u will be responsible.still i am getting the R.C book or R.T.O receipt..
