I am a general public man and have in the contact with sh:- Himat singh. along with his MOBIlE NO:-09991400057 he has introduced me that i am the manger of axis bank and doing the business of insurance privately.He has be-fooled me for insurance and taken from me rupees 10000 for a policy in the MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY.I am visiting him since last one month for policy but he has not given any type of any response for insurance and i have also come in to the notice that at Kurukshetra. That he is be-fooling and looting the public in the market on behalf of above said company.One day he has come to know that i am providing paid To-LET Service and he was also in need of a rental house for his residence for that i have given my service to LET-OUT one house at kurukshetra for which service charged was rupees. 2000 and rupees 10000 as already taken from me for fresh policy becomes due to him for which i have visited the office at 05:15 pm on 04-05-2012 in the evening. He Comes out from the office to avoid that his malpractice could not be highlighted in the office and on the outside of the office i have asked him to pay Rs:12000 against my policy not given to me and the service charged for his rental house. He shown his misbehaiviour with me by shouting with abuses words. and also come in to fighting with me outside the office that i am HIMMAT SINGH. and i have seen many persons of like you i never bother to my authorities of insurance company as well as Any other authority along with GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND NO BODY CAN challenged to me where as i am enjoying my life at the cost of be-fooling to the public without bothering to the service.I want to provide in your notice that such type of Employees those are getting premium in cash from the public and not providing the insurance against cash received premium and enjoying their life with a new car HR99-2812 MARUTI RITZ Which is arranged and used at the cost of looting to the public.Sir it is my humble request that i am a general Public man and he has looted to me with rupees 12000 and there were many other persons in the market if the detailed investigation is to be made against him. I will also help in case of need for his investigation that how he is enjoying his life with the market funds as i have started such persons from those he has be-fooled and looted with cash at the cost and goodwill of his service in the MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY at Kurukshetra Sec:-17. IT is a humble request that this type of manager should be taken under a stern action by the company as well as IRDA along with my request to get return my RS:-12000 OR And insurance policy should be provided at earliest for which he has taken RS:-10000.This person is loosing the image ad goodwill of the company and it may be resulted in a big loss to the company in future also.
