Rejection of Insurance Claim for TATA NANO by Tata AIG

I had purchased the above ref TATA NANO CX BSIV on 29/11/2011.
The said car was damaged on 25th April 2012.
I was driving the car. I hold Learning Licence( scanned copy attached ); my friend who was sitting beside me hold valid LMV TR licence. ( the licence scanned copy for the same is also attached )
The next day I approached to Pandit automotive workshop Sahakar nagar for getting it repaired. The workshop gave the estimation of 23,500/-rupees approx.
The Tata AIG representative Mr. Sujay Nadar( mob. No. 9673007631 and email Id “ sujay.nadar@tata-aig.com” ) who was looking into this case called me in this regard and told me that the claim is denied on the ground that the License of my friend is expired and asked me to withdraw the claim, so I withdrew the claim and as I was about to pick my car from sahakar nagar, the workshop asked me to pay the depreciation amount of 10 % of estimated charges plus parking charges from day 1st till withdrawal Date, which I denied to pay. After when I collected my car ( by paying nothing ) I was left with no options but forced to approached to a Local Vendor in Kondhwa for getting it repaired. Meantime I approached to RTO and got the Extract of the LMV – TR Licence of my friend,( the scan copy of the same is attached) which says that the Licence is valid i,e (not expired). I called up Mr. Sujay and told the whole story, in reply he asked me to mail the scan copy of RTO, which I have already mailed yesterday i,e on 7-5-2012. Mr. Sujay was suppose to call me today morning ( 8-5-2012 ) but did not bothered until yet. I had also asked Mr.Sujay to give me in writing, the reason for claim rejection, which has not come to me till now.
In this process I could not concentrate on my work as I am Doctor and wasted my time and with lot of tense and stress to me, my family and my Patients in spite of having the valid Insurance from Tata AIG.
This is done due to sheer negligence by Tata AIG, denying my claim without any ground.
Due to this all I and my family suffered morally and financially without our fault :-
1) Loss of time.
2) Loss of my concentration on my clinic.
3) Expenses towards carrying my car to Tata Service Centre and back to residence and again to private vendor.
4) My wife is diabetic patient who has taken stress and suffered more.
5) The originality of my car is lost which could have been much better at Tata Service Centre if Tata AIG could have taken proper care for reading License properly or had approached RTO or asked us to get the EXTRACT OF THE DRIVING LICENCE immediately.
TATA AIG and Tata Service Centre have nothing to do with the customers but to get the customers by assuring and not fulfilling the promises they make at the time of selling the products.
Finally I, as a customer suffered more for fault which is not mine but this all happened due to sheer negligence of Mr .Sujay and his department and ultimately by TATA AIG.
