This agency was used by me for shifting the household items from Bangalore to Pune. They charged me 30539 INR including 9000 INR for insurance. Following are the issues : 1) Shipments were delayed by 3 days. lots of harassment to myself and ladies. 2) Several items worth Rs 80000 were damaged. Details and photo’s were sent to shippers Bangalore office. 3) I have made more than 30 phone calls to Mr. Suresh ( 09945414011) in last 7 days. But, he is not taking any action and most of the time disconnecting the calls from my regular phone. When called from different phne , he says will call back in 10 mins- but calls back..I made 5 phone calls to their Delhi Office , Mr. Anil Agarwal ( 09818888618) – who said to look into the matter but so far no conclusion. 4) Mr. Pankaj Agarwal was the person who posed himself as the AGARWAL PACKERS and MOVERS agency while this agency is different. He is also not picking up the phones for last 7 days. 5) I have sent 7 mails in last seven days with photo’s of damaged items and requesting the company to settle the issue but no responce from them. 6) I would like to file the complaint of harassment and non service of agreed terms and damaging my items during transit and delay of shipment.
