I transported my car by M/s Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. from Dehradun to Pune on 08th November 2014 in excellent condition with half tank petrol(about 23 liters).Car was delivered on 17th Nov. 2014 in damaged condition. Major damages were (1) broken left hand side external body coloured back-view mirror, (2) Radio Antenna, (3) some scratches, and (4)empty petrol tank. These damages were communicated by their delivery office in Pune to Delhi office (email along with other correspondence attached).

damages to the car costed me Rs 5540.00 including Rs 500.00 paid towards petrol in Pune for delivery because all petrol about 23 liters was stolen. All details are available in the attached email. With lot of persuasion, M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. deposited Rs 1400.00 instead of Rs 5540.00 spent on repairs in my bank through NEFT on 14th Jan. 2015 after two months of delivery and harassment. I humbly request for following relief: (1) Balance of Rs 4140.00 spent towards repairs. (2) Rs 12,000.00 towards physical harassment caused for restoring car condition and mental agony.
