I have brought a product socket set 40 PCs on 10/12/2014 from Rediff Online Shopping after I received the product its is poor quality as I request for return and the said company replied send the product back to our seller and also courier charges paid buy you will be credited in your account with in 7 days but till date I have not received my courier charges and the said company is not replying so kindly help me out Rs 180

I suffered a lot i earn the said amount in 2 to 3 days of work I have a big family take care off. My money and companisation so that they cannot do with other it is a bad thing for great India.
