I have requested the agent to issue ticket for my aunty on 24th of jan 2015 and the ticket was issued for 26th jan 2015. As we moved to airport after confirmation and ticket handover by agent. From the airport she was informed that ticket was not registered for her. We suffered whole day and she missed her flight and she was so much disturb at airport.

I want the agent who booked my ticket to be punished and our all the expenses to be refunded and the take action against the local agent. These is second case in our town
