TATA DOCOMO – Recharge offers False Claim

This complaint is about the false claim made by TATA DOCOMO that I and my colleagues had experienced during several circumstances regarding recharge offers claimed by the company. False Claims: 1. Full recharge (Rs.100,50,70,80) – Provided regular talk time instead of full. 2. Extra Talk time offer (Rs.110 on 100 and 80 on 70) – Provided regular talk time instead of extra value. 3. Internet data offer (350MB 3G data valid for 30 days on Rs.52) – Provide Talk time instead of data. 4. As we requested to register the complaint the customer care executive hanged up call. Provide the services as they claimed for as it is. This is unethical not to provide promised services. Here economic loss doesn’t matter as much the inconvenience caused and the moral principles that is at stake. Thank You.
