I booked ticket from Pune to Goa for my wife (Dhanashri) & Daughter (Kimaya – 1 Yr 6 month old). Booking reference no (PNR): HZF1D My ticket clearly states that 15 kg baggage ‘allowance is there for adult & Infant baggage allowance for all routes is 10kgs only’. Thus when an adult & infant travels together, total baggage allowance becomes (15 kg for adult + 10 kg for infant) = 25 kg. Our luggage was 22 kgs only. But still the Air Line attaindant said its 8 Kg excess to 15 kg adult limit (as he purposely did not consider infant additinal allowance of 10 Kg) & charged for 8 kg Extra.

My wife was forced to pay for ‘so called’ extra baggage of 8 kg with rate of Rs 250 per kg i.e. Rs 2000 + 100 (tax) = Rs 2100/- in total

I want complete reimbursement of charges taken unduly Rs 2100/- (with Tax & Fees)
