Aquaguard total Duo Denied Warranty Service

So i reached aquaguard which had a myth, Best Water filtering product and good service – Promised and guaranteed that 1. There is no battery inside and it works on Electric Power. So i do not have to spend Rs.650/ for every 6 months .. for new battery as there is no item like that inside. All i have to do is an initial investment and thats it. 2. I was promised 1 year free service. Soon after 9 months the taste of water was varied. I was able to understand that the Water was not filtering anymore. People in my family got sick. But the water was flowing in and out. So We have been calling the customer care number for almost 4 months before the warranty got expired. Everytime they took address from me and replied that a service man will reach soon. But None came, When i got frustrated and asked what is the reason. They replied they were not able to find my data. (I do not understand that concept) . Did i really buy from Eureka or is a fraud company? How can a customer get a reply like that? Eventhough the company was being unfair to us we still managed to use ot for cooking purpose and sometimes had no choice but to drink it. But now after 1 year got expired when i called them Immediately they came to my house. The serviceman said i need to replace filter in my product and it would cost Rs.3500/- . The shocking thing is that he also informed me that i should change filter every year which means i must spend every year Rs.3500 to maintain this product. This is pure Cheating. Reason i chose this product: No need to spend Rs.650 for every 6 months to change the battery (requirement for al old aquaguard product) Now my situation after they cheated me: I should spend Rs.3500/ every year to maintain this product My Question to them ? Why was i denied 1 year free service. On what basis they did that to me. How can i be informed that my data was not able to be found in their database to give free service? After 1 year of warranty is over how can they find my database ?? What logic is going in aquaguard. I need an explanation please. I can understand that after warranty period is over i cannot claim free service. But Aquaguard cheated me and denied free service for a year until warranty period is over

I want the money i spent for this failed product back (purchase amount) OR Give me 1 year free service they promised OR Change the filter that costs Rs.3500/ And give me the free service
