My Name is Krishan s/o Sh. Mani Ram, R/o H.No. 505, Street no. 02 ward No. 12 Mela ground Begu Road, Sirsa-125055 (Haryana). I was purchased an Airtel SIM (Mobile No.- 98965343XX) on 12 Dec 2007 from Airtel Retailer Rasila Mobile, begu Road, Sirsa Haryana-125055 after submitted my own ID proof & Residance Proof. I was using this Mobile No. Regularly But On 05-02-2014 the SIM was Blocked. Then i need a duplicate sim and i went to Airtel Distributor named Balaji Telecom in Sirsa. But the distributor Said that your ID is not matched and i can not issue you a duplicate sim. I was gave my own id on the time of purchase this sim but now they are saying that your id proof is not matching. In this Regarding i submitted a Affidavit also but the Airtel Company are not take a action. Please you are requested to find the problem and give me some important instruction so that my SIM service again restore.
