I faced Lot of problems while traveling from Mumbai to Delhi and from Delhi to Amritsar due to delay in flights on 6/12/2014 and while performing return journey on 8/12/2014. The behavior of DM and airlines staff was very Bad they were not understanding the problem of thr travelers and sending them to the destination as per there wish. The facts were communicate to MD on 10/12/2014 by fax No 01123422107 and through Email and followed by weekly reminders but no reply has been received from them till date.

at least investigate the matter and communicate/ Explain the things as the letter was addressed to MD of Airlines
