Sir I Have send one perfume bottle to perfume merchant for replacement on 24.12.2014 (CN.No: A30392699) at the time of booking i told him that glass perfume bottle in side of the package,could you send this??? He replied me Why not i send anything anytime. so i send my product to BARODA on 24.12.2014. But after 5 days i check the status of delivery for the package is still out for delivery so i talk to motikhavdi office and the office boy replied me that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. next day i ask my merchant for this product he replying me still he didn’t got my parcel. so i called Baroda office for information about late delivery. then she told me Sorry your Parcel has been broken while transportation. and for more details please you contact your booking office.

I contacted my booking office for refund (rs.2000)for His mistake. i also called DTDC main office Bengaluru and also send mail on css.co@dtdc.com. But now thay didn’t answer me about my refund. now a days they didn’t receive my phone call also nor reply my emails. Note: when i go to asking about late delivery to booking office then office owner didn’t give me good response. and told me first get out from my office and talk to main office ,i don’t care about your parcel.then after i talke to Mr.Nayan (851117xxx) district head of DTDC. he also refuge to give me money back.
