I have booked my air tickets from Air India official website from Coimbatore to Mumbai and onward to Hyderabad .As I am a government official so we can only book air India tickets from official website. As my temporary duty got postponed I have cancelled my flights on 13 Apr 2015.At that time the Air India official told the refund will be credited in 14 working days. But I have not got any refund till date. I have mailed to ecomerce@airindia.in but did not got any acknowledgement . I have give a mail to ceo@dgca.nic.in and nothing has been done till date.
