Lenskart.com had displayed in their website that on inviting 50 friends to lenskart, a gift voucher would be awarded which could be used on contact lenses. After inviting 50 friends and receiving the gift voucher, when I tried to use the voucher on the same day, lenskart says that the coupon in not applicable on contact lenses and that I would have to buy spectacles to apply the coupon code.

According to the terms and conditions listed n their website, I was supposed to receive a discount of INR 500 on contact lenses using the gift voucher. Lenskart failed to provide the discount and did not offer any solution ofr compensation. The only reason I invited friends was because I was buying contact lenses and thought I could use it.
