Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing to you regarding continuous 3G coverage and network connectivity issues with my Aircel 3G (90979XX029). This is not my 1st complain. I had registered complains regarding the issue earlier also, but the reference number had lost. Even thereafter the issues weren’t resolved anyways. Now the issues have worsened. There is no 3G coverage (H) available apart from that, the more serious issue is sound distortion, and frequent whole day tower and connectivity fluctuation resulting to impossibility to make calls at all, and if the call gets connected, I am not audible to the other person on line due to high voice distortion and lack of connectivity in my flat. My last complain rose on (date like5th May 2016) and was expected to be resolved by (8th may 2016), but there is still no resolution yet, the condition has deteriorated. I request for speedy resolution or I would have to seriously reconsider continuing using your service.
