LENOVO K4 NOTE MOBILE Not Returned from Service

Dear All,

Please note that I have purchased a Lenovo Mobile Handset Mode K4 Note on dt. 27/01/2016 from Amazon website which was delivered in first week of Feb. After receiving my mobile handset after some time I have observed that there are two technical / hardware issue in mobile handset.

1. Auto Sync is working only in Mobile 2G / 3G data but if we use internet through WIFI after sleep mode the handset after 15-25 minutes auto sync off and no Whatsapp, Gmail, Facebook and other social app notifications would not be receive.

2. Rear camera quality is too poor and also I have observed that in night or dark space all the images are shooting with more yellow colour.

On dt. 21/04/2016 I have handed over my mobile to Moradabad Service Centre and they have issued Job Sheet No. SRIN1041604210007. On dt. 28/04/2016 they called up me that the mobile hand set have been working properly now.

I collected the mobile hand set and used on same day. But I observed that the above both problem still exist in my mobile handset. I called up Moradabad service centre and told them the above issue again and they have advised to resubmit the mobile phone again.

So on dt. 29/04/2016 I handed over my mobile handset again to service centre and they issued me Job Sheet No. SRIN1041604290003. From that date to till now when I call to moradabad Service centre and ask about my mobile handset latest position they always reply me the same wording that they have not received any update from Lenovo technical team.

Almost one month have been passed doing handed over my mobile to Lenovo service Centre but the problem could not be rectified. I have fed up now. I have paid Rs. 11,999/- to Lenovo Company against new mobile handset but no technical team is taking bother to rectify the problem. I request you to either replace my mobile hand set if the above bug is not exist in new handset or refund my money.

If you do not rectify / replace / refund I will take legal action against the company. I also marked the copy of this email to “Honble Consumers Forum Moradabad” . I am also planning to forward my complaint to “PEHREDAR “ PROGRAMME in CNBC AWAZ news channel.

PLEASE CONSDER THIS EMAIL AS LEGAL NOTICE / INTIMATION. IF MY PROBLEM COULD NOT BE RESOLVE AND GO FOR LEGAL ACTION THE COPY OF THIS EMAIL MAY BE SUBMITTED TO THE COURT AS DOCUMENTRY EVIDENCE.
