I am a Aircel 3G Customer, lives in Ranchi city. Aircel 3G network is available 1-2 hours a day only, so that I am unable to use 3G internet most of time. I have register a complaint regarding this but there is no resolution received by Customer care or Technical team. My complaint number is : 14896074275. They commited me to resolve this issue within 24 hours but there is no resolution till date. 95% of time only “E” symbol appears instead of “3G/H/H+”.
Due to this poor service from Aircel I lost my very important online interview with a recruiter. I bought 3G plan and activate 3G for that moment and I lost that.
