I had booked a flight ticket (PNR# FLUEJS; Ticket No.#5894145728573) for JetAirways/JetKonnect from GOIBIBO’s website (travel agent) to travel from Bangalore to Gorakhpur on 28th November, 2013 (Rs. 6971/- plus agent’s commission). The flight booked was hopping via Delhi. On the said travel date, the airlines took me from Bangalore to Delhi and post that, Delhi-Gorakhpur flight was cancelled further. The airlines failed to provide an alternative flight/route/option to allow us to reach our destination. Airline authorities only agreed to refund the full fare amount to us, that too paid by us months ago. However, when the final refund was received by me from the agent (Goibibo) after 3 months (Rs. 2608/-), it said that as per validations with the airlines, since the Bangalore-Delhi sector was utilized, the refund processed is only for the Delhi-Gorakhpur sector. This is however absurd and against what was promised to us during the troubled times. 1stly – I was left stranded in a new-unknown city, without any help. 2ndly – my travel plans were damaged and all the functions planned ruined. 3rdly – Refund has not been processed as promised. 4thly – the ticket was never booked sector-wise. It was hopping, and the airlines left me in midst of my journey. I have tried contacting the airline authorities multiple times, after coordinating with the Agent. Please help

Apart from the full fare amount that i demand as correct refund, I wish the airline authorities to repay me the interest loss that I incurred, to start with, and then also reimburse me the additional expenses that i incurred to reach my destination point. Apart from this, they also ought to pay for the damage caused to me physically, mentally and economically, as I had failed to attend my brother’s wedding.
