Aircel – Cheating in validity did not resolve problem

Sir, Aircel on its website offers 1GB data with one month validity in Rs. 98. But in fact they are offering a validity of 21 days only. I called paid customer care,on 20.11.2014 at 8:00 AM but they behaved badly and did not resolve my problem. Even they did not reply may email. This is clear cheating. Pls Help

Called Customer care paid calls, mental Harassment, misbehaved by customer care staff and wasted my time as well. Total economic damage = Rs. 5000 (Five thousand only)

Penalty to company along with relief of 5000 to me.
