I have ordered 1 pair of puma black running sport shoes of size8 at 15 October 2014 of 2199 rs in Snapdeal. And my order no is 3206594873. They delivered the product at 21 Oct. But due to size issue I requested for replacement by size 9. And I returned the product at 27 Oct. But after returning the product they didn’t delivered it its delivery time. Then I cancel my order and requested for refund my money against cancellation of my order. In between I called Snapdeal more than 10 times and I sent my bank details 2 times. But neither they delivered my product and nor refund my money. Already 20 days are passed but they didn’t reply satisfactory. I called again and again but they told to sent bank details and I have already sent same before 20 days. And they tortured me mentally.

I want my money with interest.
