Lenovo Mobile – Not resolved issue no effective response

I have a bad experience for SERVICE of Lenovo P780 mobile from my purchasing dated 13.08.2014.I have a problem since my purchase of my Smartphone so that i submitted my new phone to service centre [Gaurav(Siddhi Vinayak)]for this issue dated 09/10/2014.till now (45 Days) there is no response from the service centre to resolved my issue and says your mobile part is pending from Lenovo side .I also mailed to midhcare@lenovo.com and they are not given any effective response till now. I completed more than one and half month and their team make me foolish . service center says that i mailed your complain to Lenovo side but they not taken any interest regarding your resolution.
