Flipkart – Material not delivered Wait Gets Longer

Purchased product Omron HEM 7201 Upper Arm Bp Monitor(Order No: OD301232546859482200) on 8 Nov 14: 1. Promised to deliver on 20 Nov 14 2. Delivery status showing on Flipkart page that “Customer address is insufficient on 18 Nov 14.” 3. Discussed with customer support team regarding this matter on 18 Nov 14. 4. No phone call from Flipkart and no call from the courier team 5. Delivery status showing on Flipkart page that, “product has returned back to origin as customer refuse to accept the product on 20 Nov 14” 6. Communicated to customer support team, only excuse that backhand team will look into the issue. 7. Customer service team promised that Flipkart management will revert on this status personally, but no call, no email and no updation. 8. On 22 Nov Afternoon Mr. Mandeep called and told that flipkart want to redeliver the material but no assurance that when it will reach to me. or flipkart want return mu money back within next 8 days. Bottom line is : a.A deliberately poor service by Flipkart team b.Enjoying my hard earned Money without delivering the product to me for 20+ Days. d.Finally No conformance that when I will get this product. Purchased product Moto G (2nd Gen)(OD201290932318268400) on 15 Nov 14: 1. Promised target date is 27 Nov 14 Bottom line is: 1.No Customer support team is telling that when it will be reach to me, they are unable to trace the product continuously from past 3 days. –

I want a strong action against such On line business groups. They enjoy customer money and also not deliver the material as promised. Heavy penalty to be done against such business parties.
