Vodafone – Facing issues 3g services

I got my vodafone number (9911364xxx) activated on 17th November 11:30 p.m.. Since, then I am facing issues with my 3g services. I called up customer care twice or thrice and the only solution they had was restart your phone. I emailed them regarding it and got a complaint raised (Complaint No. 002507655xxx). I told them I need it to be resolved asap. I received a reply that it will be done by 28/11/2014 i.e. after more than a week”s time. I simply wrote them I am complaining in TRAI and comsumer court. Vodafone people are smart enough and replied we tried to contact you but your phone was unreachable. Whereas, at that time my phone was active and was used by me. And in this case if their story is true it simply proves that I am unable to use their services.

First of all I want Vodafone to restore my services with proper network. Secondly, I want this organisation to pay me for all the trouble they caused me.
