Aircel – error message not solving the problem

i have recharged my phno.8013690xxx with 198 hi speed data card but after using 360 mb data balance i was unable to use 1140 mb data from 20th march till 10th march,validity expired on 10th march.i went to near by aircel ofice, talked to coustmer care but and i have complaint several times on 198 but no one solved my problems, my last complaintn no. 1-15218174071.
