I had purchased induction set of 3 pots of Reconnect from Reliance Digital on 28th Oct 2013. (PLU#-8902901218183) But one of the frying pan doesn`t heat. I went to the shop but they didn’t listen to me. After logging complaint with service the pan was found to be faulty and was not working on any of the induction plate. Similar problem was found with other pots as well with Reliance Digital. But they are not ready replace the pot. I have suffered a lot due to this as I visited 4 times to the store.
The complaint is about reliance digital. (There is no option to select reliance digital) The pot is worth Rs 1500. Store is not ready to replace the induction pot. The product is faulty. I visited 4 time to the store and emailed them but nobody listed initially.
