I have recently purchased an AC (split) model number LSA5ES3M from Ms. Bajaj Electronics Shop No 344, Ground Floor, Ozone Complex, Near Hyderabad Central, Main Road, Panjagutta, Hyderabad – 500082. Purchase Date: 05 APRIL 2014. They promised for installation within three days. They raised a LG request for installing this on my behalf and the reference number for that is RNA140407056703. From 08 APRIL 2014, I have been calling their customer center at 18001809999 and till now there is no response or action taken. Every time I call they tell that they are updating the complaint. But no action was taken.
I need the AC to be installed and LG to be fined for its poor service after sales. Also their website does not have any complaint method or escalation mechanism to contact their zonal officers. I need to be compensated for the calls I made to LG.
