My complaint is as follows: from 7th August 2014 to 15th August 2014, everyday I receive company sms to recharge with P.I. Rs 23 for benefits such as 100 MB 2G/3G data valid for 30 days. But when on 16th August I recharged, my validity date was for 3 days only. I called the Aircel Complaint Helpline thrice and each time I was kept on hold for 10 mins to 30 mins and the staff boldly said that the validity is for 3 days and they kept transferring the call from one person to another. If the validity is for 3 days then why did they send me messages daily for 9 days ?
I want firstly a co-operative HELPFUL STAFF and a compensation for such harrassment .
