I have purchased Darpan Jewellery Collection by VIVANTA from Homeshop18.com (order no 946265883) website on 05/06/2014 by debit card payment.After receiving the product I did not like it,so I called customer care and they told to return it back to them to get full refund.They send me the return address through sms.So I send the product to that address via Indian Post Service through Speed post on 18/06/2014 and gave them the tracking number.I checked on Indian Post website that it has been delivered on 20/06/2014.So I called them again asking when I will get the refund.They told me to wait for a couple of days to get the refund.After this I followed up them once in a week and they give me the same answer again and again.After one and half month they told me to mail them about the non refund.After receiving the mail they called me and told that product has not been received by them and I have to send proof of delivery.I went to Post office for POD & post master give me print from their website about my product shipment details which I have attached in the supporting documents.After receiving this document they told me it is not sufficient,they need actual signed copy which the receiver signed during receiving.But post office officials told me that providing that document is not possible for them,the product is received and hence it is showing on their website,if not received it should come back to me.
I want my money back and make sure same things dont happen with others.
