Spicejet – Missed connecting flights no customer service

My complaint is respect to my flight SG 224 from bangalore to Delhi ,which was cancelled on 31st Jul 2014, and the poor after service & harassment caused to me. I was going to Delhi on a business trip & had scheduled business appointments/meetings. SG 224 was supposed to depart Bangalore Airport at 8:50 Am but was delayed to 9:20 Am. However at 9:30 Am we were informed that the flight has been cancelled and the airlines will arrange for another flight. A meagre breakfast was arranged and at 12:45 PM I was given a boarding pass & informed that I was to take a Jet connect flight departing at 1 PM. I enquired about my luggage and the Spicejet personnel informed me that it will be on the same jetconnect flight.There were other passengers with me who had connecting flights to Chandigarh & Srinagar. As they missed their connecting flights they were promised free hotel acco & next day flight tickets and were also informed that a spice personnel will receive them at Del airport to take care of them. As I have gastric problem I wanted to buy lunch on the jet flight but was informed that they have run out of lunch and only peanuts & wafers were available. I landed at Delhi airport at around 3:45 PM and to my horror found my luggage missing. Their were no spice jet personnel in vicinity as promised. Other passengers with me also found their luggages missing and we tried to locate a SpiceJet counter. As there was none we went to the Info desk and for sometime they were not able to help us as they didn’t have a contact name or number of Spicejet. After sometime we were able to find 1 Spice personnel who was on some other errand. He gave some names & nos to the info desk people and they made contact. A Spice personnel came down and after we explained him the problem he said he was unaware of this & made some calls. After sometime 2 more spicejet personnel came & one was a manager & he told us he was also unaware of this problem from Bangalore officials. By this time I was in a bad shape as my Gastric problem was getting severe. The manager asked me to get to my Hotel & that they would deliver it to my hotel. I asked him for a written confirmation on this and he said it will take time.In the meantime one of the personnel was also behaved very rudely with me by showing me his attitude. I was given a letter at around 6:30/7 PM and I left the airport and immediately booked a cab & looked for medical attention as I started vomiting and had severe pains in my stomach. I reached my hotel at around 8 PM and was in suffering till late in the night. I had to cancel all my prior business appointments. My luggage was delivered at around 12 PM midnight to my hotel. Throughout the day I went through a lot of harassment, pain & loss. My complaint is against the poor customer service & harassment caused by miscommunication on behalf of the spice personnel. We all felt cheated by false promises.

I want the airlines to compensate me monetarily for all the inconvenience caused to me.
