Aircel stopped its pocket internet service about a month ago without any information to customer, its customer care has not any answer about when that service will start, in Gujarat near my area(Anand CIty) none retailer had recharge topup, now last some (04)days my incoming & outgoing call facility stopped without any information.Customer service center closed, nocontact to Customer care.

i cant use Internet facility on my phone & my PC, some Official & personal activity heldup from last one & half month. i urgent purchased new sim from other telecom services, my out going calls cost gone high
