Timtara not honouring the online order on its website

Dear Sir, I placed an online order for IPAD mini at timtara.com online store on 12/12/2012. The order number is 10367064 and total amount payable was Rs. 18,142 INR. I did online bank transfer to fulfil this order. I got a mail back from them saying payment has been realized and the product is ready for shipment on 13-12-2012. After this it is more than 20 days that i have not received any update. I filed a complaint on 13-12-2012 iver phone and they said it will reach me in 21 days of the order. However, the order status has not been changed since 13/12/2012 and when I called up several times on their customer support number, they are evasive in their reply. I am still trying to contact them yesterday & today ( 31/12/2012, 1/1/2013) which are working days, but their voice response says they are open from 9.30AM-6.30AM. I also see a lot of complaints on this online retailer. Their website also does nto allow me to submit the complaint as it complains about not providing mobile number, which I cannot enter. Delayed order, not able to fulfill the obligation to deliver the product. The loss of Rs. 18,298/-1 which is being held for more than 21 days without addressing my concern.

I want the product to be delivered as promised and ordered in time. This product is still advertised as available as of today. So I want the online retailer timtara.com to fulfill the obligation. If failed to do so, I want full refund with interest.
