My balance was cut for mobile no. 8383863113(Aircel Mumbai) for using internet in roaming whereas i didnt change my location… I just woke up in the morning and i was using play store and 87 rupees was deducted for 6 mb net usage… My internet sign was “E” where as in roaming it becomes “RE” … I called custome care 198 for complaining but they told me since i was using manual selection so it got automatically connected to roaming(other operator) but there was no sign of roaming and even my net connection sign was “E” so i request you to help me to get my refund also i told the agent that i want to speak to senior he put me on hang for almost 30 minutes and eventually i cut the call because i was night shift so i had to sleep

I just want my refund of 87 rupees back and also these telecom companies should be quick to solve our issues they should not waste our time. Please help us from these telecom companies
