COMPLAINT OF YOUR SOUTH POINT MALL, GURGAON SELLING A GREEN FUNGUS CHOCOLATE CAKE? On May 14, evening, I had bought the above mentioned cake from your shop at South Point Mall. I reached my residence, and when I opened the box to serve the cake as dessert, to my utter horror I discovered the cake , the bottom half covered totally with GREEN FUNGUS. The morning and the whole day of 15th I tried calling the particular numbers on the box but to no avail. The numbers 0124-4849450 and 0124-4849451 seemed to be out of order.GREEN FUNGUS or what is commonly known as mildew. I then called your Shop at DLF Galleria, Gurgaon and got an answer from them. They were courteous and gave me the number of Mr. Arvind, the Executive of that area. He was very helpful in giving me Mr. Vikas, the responsible executive at South Point Mall. I sent both these gentlemen pics OF THE ROTTEN CAKE.Today, May 23, 2014, I have called him several times and he has not answered my calls . In desperation, I called Mr. Arvind and told him of the inaction on Mr. Vikas part.I would like to inform you that such callous behaviour. No fear of the FRAUD on their clients. I STILL HAVE THE ROTTEN CAKE WITH GREEN FUNGUS WITH ME AS PROOF.

I almost fed this to my family at a family dinner. If I had done so the result would have been disastrous to our health. I had asked them to replace the cake. I want them to deliver it to my residence.
