Aircel Mobile Disconnection due to ZMU (zero minute usage)

Well Sir, I am an NIT-Allahabad Student (batch-2016), I recently was at my home town Kota (Raj) for vacations on roaming and that’s why I was not using my Aircel number 7785XX4884 for calling purposes , but the number was continuously active in the network zone as the sim was always in the dual sim active headset. But suddenly some days ago I noticed no network on my Aircel number, so I mailed a complaint to “care.upeast@aircel.co.in” with subject “7785XX4884 | NO NETWORK | Mobile App” , They replied that your sim is permanently disconnected/discontinued due to ZMU (zero minute usage). But Sir, In this era of Digital India where most of the information of an individual is linked to his/her mobile number, it is the duty of AIRCEL (Telecom operator) to ALERT/WARN ME before taking any such harsh action. But they didn’t took pain to even alert/warn me before taking such harsh action of disconnecting my number permanently.

Dear SIR , To Be Honest , SIM was continuously in network and I was receiving OTP codes continuously on my number which I used to login to various online sites and banks which shows I was using Aircel services on my SIM on roaming as well atleast for some purposes other than calling . So after receiving the reply from the brand I again replied them via mail showing importance of this number to me as many of my online accounts such as Paytm/HDFC payzapp / ICICI pockets/ gmail /Android login etc are linked to this number and this number was the only way to login to these accounts as these online services always sends OTP to perform login. Moreover if this SIM number 7785004884 is issued to someone than he/she could misuse it for retrieving the passwords and account information of these online accounts by using forget password method. Also I am having a Vodafone SIM (09554XXX455) from up-east only and that sim is also active on other headset , while no calls have been made on that SIM despite being on roaming but Vodafone hasn’t taken such action yet. So I constantly requested them to re-activate / restore/ re-issue me the connection on number 7785004884 , but they did not even bother to reply. I am also trying to reach their Appeallate Authority “Ms. Monika Kaushik +91-011-79400000 ; 9716499912” information provided on aircel website, but not at all reachable. Thanks &
