RCom gave Invalid Data Pack

dear sir, i have purchase a new sim card of reliance on 09-08-2016, and retailer was give to me 10 gb 2g data on frc rs-151.and i have received data in evening same day at night. but today 10-08-2016 i have check my data ,he shows to me 0.00 mb data.AND after that i have complaint to regarding this, but the customer care officer was not give to me a clear response, i have tried to many more time but the result are same, so after that i decide that i will complain on core form. please sir help me to regarding this. i want to back my all 10gb 2g data.. this number is-8955457892. i request to you please give to me positive response.. thanks & regards ravindra gautam
