Aircel – SIM Rejection Review

have been using a prepaid connection since beginning in my name with the mobile number 8013151xxx. Recently I came to know that my SIM is rejected. I was advised to contact Customer Care Officer. The concerned officer at their Gariahat Office told me that the SIM was not in my name. I am astonished that during so many years, whenever I contacted with Customer Care Officer for any problem, in every occasion I satisfied him with my name and other questions. So what happened now to prompt me such a verdict. Some ten days earlier I recharged with Rs 398 validity of which is 30 days. I complained in time but to no avail

I do want services to be restored with this number either with this SIM or a new one
