I had applied for home loan from LIC LHF for loan transfer from IDBI to LIC LHF.As per initial document review and discussion with Mr. Sagar in june 2014, they have agreed to avail the loan with rate of interest 10.10%.So I submitted all relevant documents as per their checklist along with login fess of Rs.5000 for further processing. Now on present date I have received the call from LIC LHF that you will avail the loan at the rate of interest 13.75%, so this is the cheating with the customer as initially they have not confirmed the rate of interest to the customer and now thy are saying that fees is also not refundable.

I want 100 % refund of fess as i lost two month period for loan.I would like to have penalty to LIC LHF FOR CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER.
