Everyday Aircel authority is deducting my balance without giving any valid reason. This is happening for the last 2 months. I have already launch a complain here. Complaint ID: 87934.4.2014. Even after that balance has been deducted twice. At latest Rs 15 was deducted on Rs 15 on 22nd May 2014 6.00PM. Please take an action for this. Previous ticket raised here is still in unresolved state.

I am not able to continue with this. It is not possible to call customer care everyday for 1 hour and recharge with some amount every week. I have no trust in the consumer forum also is my previous case still in unresolved state.

I want all of my money back which has been deducted in last two months and do not want this kind of activity further from Aircel authority.
