My Broadband not working properly since Sept 2013 and I have been complaining regularly from bottom to top authority by phone / e-mail or even personally but my problem is still not solved by MTNL. I have been suffered a lot.
MTNL Delhi is sending bill every month without rebate and I have been unable to use my broadband properly since Sept 2013 because speed of broadband is very slow, 14.3 kbps and so many times network connection goes disabled. I have wasted my time due network was not working properly and I have been mentally harassed, still broadband is not working properly.
I demand Rebate / Refund may be given because Broadband is not working properly since Sept 2013 and I have paid all the bills till date.
