I sent one consignment containing original life insurance policy document to my daughter paramita sarkar, 45/1 K.K.Mazumder road, santoshpur, Kolkata-75by the above consignment on 15.5.2014 from Guwahati. on enquiry on 23.5.14 at 91-9051465405 the courier person intimated me that the consignment has lost on transit while their person went to deliver the same to the consignee.

To get copy of the policy I have to make affidavit etc. and along police FIR I have to apply to the company. As I was not interested to continue the policy I was supposed to return the policy within 15 days which period has already been over for which now I have to face irreparable loss.

The courier (DTDC) should return the money I paid to the insurance company along with other expenditures incurred by me in this regard and the cost of the freight they received from me against the consignment.
