Sir I am haripriya and i am using aircel no is 8908628521 , i have recharged 198 net pack and top up of 20 rs , at around 5.30 pm on 13/11/13 , i ha ve not called neither activated any service but at 6.15pm balance become zero, i have called customer care but they couldn’t answer why it became zero then i told to register a complain and refund the money but they didn’t, and from that moment i am not able to talk to customer care people. Today ie on 15/11/13 i again recharged 10rs and it showed bal of 7.9rs but after 5min without any notification again the balance became zero. this has also happened 2 times before for 40rs each. i have complained about this but no result . so i request you to do the needful to refund my deducted balance and take necessary action so that this kind of thing will not be done in future.
